  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born on April 30, 1990, also called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American rapper and singer. The stage name he uses is the name of his favorite uncle, paired with the first name of one of his inspirations, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. Scott signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. He also signed a record agreement with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut album Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in the year 2014. The debut album of his studio, Rodeo (2015), was a hit due to the track "Antidote". His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. The following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the name group Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third studio album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced his debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Scott's track "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. in 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot in less than a year.
